ImportBD is an online retail store based in Bangladesh selling premium imported leather accessories. We operate under Bangladesh commerce laws and regulations.

2. Orders and payment

  • All orders are Cash on Delivery. No online payment is accepted or required.
  • Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable charges.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if the item is out of stock, pricing was incorrect due to a technical error, or we cannot confirm the order with the customer.
  • By placing an order you confirm that the delivery information you provided is accurate.

3. Product descriptions

We make every effort to accurately display our products including colors, materials and dimensions. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings. Product photos are representative and your item may have minor variations in texture or grain that are natural characteristics of genuine leather.

4. Pricing and promotions

All prices are subject to change without notice. Coupon codes and promotions are subject to terms stated at the time of the offer. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time.

5. Intellectual property

All content on ImportBD including product photos, descriptions, logos and design is the property of ImportBD or its suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

ImportBD is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our maximum liability in any dispute is limited to the order value of the specific transaction in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Bangladesh.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
