Our promise: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.
1. Return eligibility
You may return an item if:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item received is different from what you ordered
- The item arrived in an unacceptable condition
Returns are not accepted for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Items that have been used, worn or altered
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery
- Items without original packaging if packaging is required
2. How to request a return
To initiate a return, contact us within 3 days of delivery:
Please provide your Order ID and clear photos of the issue. We will respond within 24 hours.
3. Return process
- Our team will review your photos and approve or deny the return within 24 hours
- If approved, our courier will collect the item from your address at no cost to you
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your replacement or refund
4. Refunds
Since all orders are Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as follows:
- bKash / Nagad — refund sent to your mobile banking number within 3 working days
- Bank transfer — refund processed within 5 working days
The delivery charge is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
If you would prefer an exchange rather than a refund for an approved return, we will send a replacement item with our next delivery batch to your area. No additional delivery charge will be applied.
